On May 5, 2025, Mingjie Group started the installation of MJT-3000 Wood Charcoal Manufacturing Machine for Sale to South Africa. It has been more than 2 months since the biochar making machine was shipped from Mingjie factory to its installation.

Mingjie’s technical team has arrived at the customer’s site to install the biomass carbonization plant. Biomass carbonization equipment is a key equipment for achieving efficient conversion of biomass. Its correct installation plays a decisive role in the stable operation of the equipment, production efficiency and product quality.

Installation Preparation

According to the size and weight of the carbonization equipment, pour a concrete foundation of appropriate strength and size.

Check the packing list of the carbonization equipment and carefully count the number of components and parts to see if there are any missing. Prepare all the tools required for installation to ensure that the installation requirements are met.

Debugging

After the wood charcoal manufacturing machine is installed and inspected, a no-load test run is carried out. After the no-load test run is normal, load debugging is carried out. According to the equipment design requirements, biomass raw materials are gradually added for carbonization test.
